This privacy policy explains what information Morgan Maiani Photography collects, why, and what is done with it. Plain language, no dark patterns.
What I collect
- Inquiry forms: name, email, phone (if provided), session type, target date, location preference, and the message you send.
- Bookings: name, email, billing address, and the event type you booked (handled by Cal.com).
- Invoicing: name, billing address, and payment information (handled by Stripe via Invoice Ninja).
- Contracts: name, email, signature (handled by DocuSeal).
- Photographs: photographs of you taken during a paid session.
Why I collect it
- To answer your inquiry, schedule sessions, and deliver finished work.
- To meet basic legal and tax requirements as a small business.
- To send occasional follow-up emails related to your session (gallery delivery, payment reminder, review request).
What I do not do
- I do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
- I do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- I do not publish identifiable photographs of minors without parental consent.
Third-party services
This site relies on a small set of trusted services: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Cal.com (booking), Stripe (payments), Invoice Ninja (invoicing), DocuSeal (contracts), ShootProof (galleries), and Google Workspace (email). Each handles your data under their own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of any information I hold about you by emailing morgan@morganmaianiphotography.com. I will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above will reflect that. Material changes will also be communicated by email to active clients.
