Terms of Service

These terms cover sessions booked with Morgan Maiani Photography. The primary contract for any specific session is the DocuSeal contract you sign at booking; these site-level terms apply to general use of this website and any communications sent through it.

Booking and deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the session unless otherwise stated in your specific contract.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Sessions can be rescheduled once at no additional cost up to 7 days before the session date. Cancellations forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling within 7 days requires a 25% rescheduling fee.

Image rights and use

You receive a personal-use print release for all delivered photographs. The photographer retains copyright. Photographs may be used by Morgan Maiani Photography for portfolio, social media, and marketing unless explicitly opted out in writing before the session.

Delivery and storage

Edited galleries are delivered within the timeframe specified in your service agreement (typically 3 to 5 weeks). Galleries remain accessible for the period listed in your service tier. Original RAW files are retained for 90 days post-delivery and not made available to clients.

Travel and accommodation

Travel within 30 miles of Chula Vista (91910) is included by default for most services. Travel beyond that is billed at the IRS standard mileage rate plus any required parking, tolls, or accommodation. Out-of-county travel is quoted in advance.

Liability

Morgan Maiani Photography's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific session. The photographer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
